cdr-21 + dsp with bluetooth ?

I have a Euro 4S with a CDR-21 (I believe identical to CDR 210 in the US) with OEM 10 speakers and DSP.
I don’t have any external CD player box.
With this configuration, has anyone been able to install a Bluetooth i/f?If so, any clue plse on shopping list and wire connections?Thkx

If you CDR-210 has the capability to control a changer, you can use a Yatour CD Changer emulator. Plug in the optional bluetooth module to the Yatour, and you will have bluetooth.

I just installed my Solisto.Pro which does the same thing as the Yatour. Added a cheap bluetooth module, powered by the Solisto and works great.

Guys - wondering if you could help me as I know zip about car audio.

My 993 has a CR 210 from the factory. This is the standard radio with the cassette slot in the front.

Bought the car from the P dealer in 2002 so the second owner. Obviously back then the CDs were the standard format so the P dealer installed a factory 6 cd changer in the trunk.

Fast foreword to IPhones and iPods. I removed the 6 CD changer, replaced the trunk carpet and left the CD changer wiring in place (3 connectors RED BLACK WHITE). Becker installed a small jack in the faceplate of the radio to allow my to connect my IPhone and play music through the radio.

So, reading your posts, can I do this now with an adaptor to the CD changer input and use Bluetooth instead of the clunky cable and faceplate connection? I bought a spare faceplate way back in case I could get rid of that ugly connector someday.

Any step by step audio idiot proof help appreciated.

The Blue/Green connector goes in the back of the radio, where usually the CD changer cable would go. That's all you need.

1. Take the radio out (with the little knife shaped tools from Becker/Porsche)
2. unplug the CD changer cable and replace with the blue/green connector
3. Put the CD changer emulator and the Bluetooth adapter somewhere in the dashboard. I put it under the radio, is not much space but enough to get in through the radio slot
4. Put the radio back in

Connect the phone with Bluetooth and select "CD 1 Track 1" on the radio to hear the music from the phone.

WI, I sent you a pm with some questions. Love the Cannondale Super Six bike by the way.

Achim thanks so much for the PM help. You are a gentleman.

Following Jlaa’s suggestion (thank you very much, btw), I just installed the Yatour Bluetooth car adapter YT-BTA with my CDR-21 and worked fine.
Although you have very limited functionalities on the radio (e.g. no music titles, no selections – only previous or following, etc) you are able to hear your phone’s music in the car system and answer calls.Thank you all for your contributionsSicm
