Thanks for the tip.
480 for injectors from clewett
190 for injectors +160 for adj FPR =350
The boxster injector are a bargin at 30 each. When they need maintenance, you toss them

Got the 6 injectors for 148. The FPR was not required as the injectors will yield 37 lbs/hr at 3.8 bar.
Planning to change 02 and CHT sensor.
Will have custom tune soon, getting close.

Adjustable FPR won't fit in the cavity in our engine bays unless to do some biggish modifications.
Anything wrong with your 02 and CHT sensors?
You should only need Durametric to measure what Todd needs - plus dyno run data.
Which injectors did you end up getting?

I found some time today, and installed the upgraded injectors. The car is running rich, but thats to be expected.
I still need to change the CHT sensor, i verified its bad. I am also going to change the 02 sensor as well.
The car is close. I now understand why the original owner said the car wasn't driving right. Not enough fuel, and that 7th injector simply never fired.
I am sure once i am done, the car will drive nice. I got a bit more into the car then i wanted, but can't complain.
Plan is to have the car dyno tuned within the next few weeks, pending work and family commitments.

Well done bro. Running rich is better than running lean. When you dyno for the first time keep an eye on the fuel mixture.
If it does happen to be too lean shut things down and don't grenade your engine.
A good dyno operator will know what is best to do.
It'll take time to get things working right - so hang in there - the journey is worth it.
Are you going to install a mass air flow network?
Are you going to play with a smaller pulley?
Are you going to change stock downpipes/cat/mufflers?
What about monitoring the temperature of the air before and after SC unit (IAT)? and the AFR - what telemetry gear are you going to go with?

yeah I've been tuning my car all summer just got it to run well. I have the electromotive ECM but I'm switching to the setup that was posted here with the AEM ecm. that system will be better to tune and I learned a lot about tuning with this system.

I was thinking If you have a problem with your tuning you might want to contact VF engineering they make a kit for the water cooled 911 and they are out there on the west coast with you. they use GAC chips and when I put a charger on my VW I used their kit and the car ran better than stock with the GAC chip.

Regarding the EV14 Injectors...
I read it's better to use the EV6...
"The EV6 was eventually replaced with the EV14. While this is the best injector yet, the dual cone spray pattern was designed for engines with two intake valves per cylinder, This makes them unsuitable for engines with a single intake valve per cylinder. "
I'm thinking of switching out my injectors to a more modern kind.... I think I may go with teh Bosch White Giant EV6 injectors...
Windy... Were your EV14 injectors shorter in height? Installation was easy and straight forward?
