Regarding adjustment, I'm assuming you mean ride compliance. With the wheels on, I raise one side of the car pretty high up and it's easy to get under and twist the litle adjustment wheel. The adj wheel on the rear shock is exposed, the one on the front is under a dustcover. Super Easy...and even easier if you already have the rims off.

The rears are easy to adjust since I can feel they click.
For the fronts, for accuracy, I turn the dial to all the way to either 1 or 9. Tape a piece of wire so that the tip points right at the number and start to turn to the desired setting using the wire as a reference mark. This way I don't have to take the wheels off, just jack the car up a little and turn the wheels.
