Probably the rear view. Looks like they are trying to establish a common design theme across the Porsche range, as the new Panamera shares a similar rear design.
I woulda thought they learned that was a bad idea with the 996/Boxster debacle, but perhaps not

I'd guess a panel taped over the rear to disguise the shape.

Well, it's better looking than the 991, but that ain't sayin' much. The biggest issue is the size of the car. They are just too big. Wayyy too big.

I like the look of the 991 but agree with you on the size. My 991 was a very nice car but just didn't have any emotion for it like I had with my old 87. All is right with the world again with my 993. Now if I could just change my username.
