I believe this was previously owned by a current/past officer in the CNY PCA...name escapes me at the moment....first name maybe Ralph, maybe William. If so, I believe the car would have been maintained at Cantech in N. Syracuse. With the vin, they could verify that for you.
Maybe rennlister Mike Cap could shed some additional light on it.
just emailed the Club president about the car....send an email, or make a phone call to Cantech tomorrow. While they might not share owner details, they just might give you a care over view.
