Default Engine Cover Locking Bolt Catch

A few weeks ago, while putting the engine cover back on the car for the winter, I noticed that the "catch" for the locking bolt by the right rear wheel would not hold. All the other bolts engage with a half a twist but it seems as though the PO over-tightened this bolt and damaged the "catch". I can see the "catch" from inside the engine compartment and it looks to be some sort of steel clip.
Does anyone know the part number for the clip? I believe the locking bolts for the engine cover are listed as part number 999 590 034 09.

Thanks, Dave
