Tito, as an early 993 owner I would definitely get involved in any action you may have planned. I am pretty sure JohnW would as well... John, you out there??

If a '94 built, '95 first reg C4 is within the scope of the harness recall, count me in!

I have a 1995 c2 fully loaded purchased from H R Owen in London and then shipped to India. The wire harness burnt our along with the alternator about 2 years ago and was replaced. You can count me in.

I'm pretty sure the RS has a different loom. But as the car lives in the UK i will support any joint action by fellow UK owners.

Best Regards

Phil... <img src="graemlins/wave.gif" border="0" alt="[byebye]" />

Count me in.

My car is a February '97 C2S, so is possibly a borderline case.

Sorry I'm late...
Count me in for any action and let me know what I can do to help.
My 993 is a very early German import LHD, built end of '93.

Hi Guys,

yeah, add me to the growing list too. 94 C2.
I doubt mine has been replaced yet, so expect it is long overdue.

Cheers,
John.
P.S. I'm very busy @ work, so only visiting here once a week, if I'm lucky.
P.P.S. any thoughts about a UK listers pre christmas meet ?

Red face

Hi Everyone,

I had a call from Porsche GB but unfortunately they didn't leave a number and when I got the number from Yell and tried calling all I got was an answermachine. I'll let you know if I get any closer to a live person.

Cheers,

That's more like it. The more the merrier!

Keep up the good work Caveman! And keep us posted, there must be a real person in there somewhere.

Bins, would you like to draw up a draft letter to Porsche that we can all see and comment on. If you are happy I can do the same for an email to the mags.

Cheers
Tito.

PS I am definately up for a meet up pre Christmas. Any suggestions for time. I think that the green parrot is still a good location as the drive is challenging -especially after a few diet cokes on the way back.

Hi Everyone,

No news so far.
