I am new to the discussion board. Where can I go find the list of options, parts numbers, etc. to convert my '95 993 to an RS America? Thanks fo the help.

I am assuming you want to convert your 993 to a Carrera RS as an RS America is a 964 based car. There is no cookbook that I am aware of that tells you what to do, but there are some easy (not inexpensive) modifications you can do that gets you most of the way there. It also depends on how authentic you want to be.
If you just want the outside look, you will need:
RS front splitters
RS rear wing
RS side skirt
RS Speedline wheels
Euro front bumper with clear turn indicators without bumper warts
Euro Rear bumper with European license plate indention
European side marker lights for front fenders
European rear turn/brake lenses
Removal of sunroof
If you want to continue to the inside, you will need:
Recaro RS leather racing buckets or 993 Sport seats
RS steering wheel
RS shifter
RS door panels/manual windows and locks
Removal of Radio and speakers
RS Package shelf and deletion of rear seats
Color matched seat belts
A/C is an option
If you want to start with the mechanicals you will need:
Varioram 3.8L 300 HP motor
RS gears and RS LSD
RS light weight flywheel
RS (Turbo – will work) Brake calipers and rotors
Twin turbo axle shafts
RS steering rack and brake master cylinder
RS windshield washer bottle
Deletion of headlight sprayers
Lightweight glass throughout car
Removal of most sound deadening material
RS suspension – shocks, sways, springs, monoball tops
There is plenty more. You can look through the 993 service manuals and note the differences between the cars and get an idea of just how many “special” parts are on the car. Let me know if I can answer more specific questions.

THIS IS GREAT INFORMATION. If I replace and convert will this make my car worth more money in resale or is it the sheer pleasure of having an upgraded vehicle (of which I would never recup the cost?) Anyway thank you for the help.

Unfortunately, these kinds of modifications will not increase the value of your car. In fact, your car will be worth less to most of the people you would likely sell it to (dealerships in particular). It is always possible that when it comes time to sell such a modified car that someone will be looking for just such a thing and will appreciate all the work you have had performed but I wouldn’t count on it.
Best of luck with a very fun-sounding project and welcome to the 993 board,
