Default Carbon Fiber Firewall/Electrical Box

My apologies for the poor first picture. Nevertheless, pounds have gone away.

P.S. Notice one of the new electrical connectors in the background.

In excess of 6 pounds. Not that hard to get to but be careful not to loosen electrical connections as you do it. Additionally as carbon fiber as not nearly so pliable as the soft steel it replaces, the new piece better be quite precise.

P.S. The top of the electrical box is also carbon fiber but be careful to build it to use the rubber gasket that keeps moisture away from the electrics.

P.P.S. Savings on the new wiring at 42+ pounds and going strong. Weight savings on new stereo system 8+ pounds.
