Post In dash cd/mp3 player

Could anyone recommend an in-dash cd with mp3 playback that fits the interior look of our cars (black), preferably with ***** instead of menu buttons? Most of the receivers on the Crutchfireld site are too flashy and look out of place.

I believe Ray Calvo installed an in-dash MP3 & I just know his would be tastefully refined w/o the pinball machine graphics. Ray - you out there?

Sorry, just found <a href="http://forums.rennlist.com/forums/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic&f=3&t=002704" target="_blank">the thread w/Ray's post.</a> His is a Kenwood MiniDisc player not MP3. I was right that it doesn't look "like a stupid video game."

Blaupunkt Los Angeles MP71. It is Silver BUT you can order the Denver face which is black.

Here is the E-mail I have about ordering the Denver Bezel. Note, the buttons will still be silver.

""The front bezel for Denver CD70 is available, part # is 8636594438 and price is $21.43 plus shipping and handling. If you wish to order please call me at 1-800-920-2121, ext. 26 or you may order online; <a href="http://www.midwest-usa.com""" target="_blank">www.midwest-usa.com""</a>

I totally agree with Bins... the superior car audio product is Alpine. Also have excellent iLink (firewire speed) connections so you can add Sat Nav units etc at your discretion and have them all controlled from the headunit.

I just installed the Blaupunkt. It's a tight fit. It does work well, however. Sound is good as is operation w/ the large buttons. Did not know though, that you could order the black bezel.
