Nope. That is missing on my screen. The second line is moved over to the right and there is a big blank under "my profile/Register". There is also a big blank on the top tool bar between "Upload Picture" and "help".
Is there a way to tell one's over-zealous pop-up/ad-blocking software to make an exception for the classifieds and allow access? I don't have that link, and can't find a way to access them.
Viken,
If you included a link in your post, it doesn't show on my screen.
I just realized looking at Max's screen shot that Viken listed a link in his second response. On my screen it is completely blank. Nothing in his response except signature.
I guess I have been banned from the classifieds. Did my wife put everyone up to this?
I don't have the the link in the upper right corner either, but you can get to the classifieds through the main Rennlist Website.
Go the main Rennlist page and when the menu displays in the left navigation bar there is a link to the classified section. Just checked and the link isn't there anymore... hmmm, John must be making some system changes.
It would appear your eithe have an Adblocker, or your firewall is configured in such a way to disable links from a URL that contains (and this is spaced so you can read it http://.../a_d_s/
so - follow the link above - and feel free to e-mail me if it doesn't work for you, OK?? (OH - and don't tell your wife I'm assisting you to get into the Classifieds )......
I can now see Vikens link in his message and I have the classifieds link in the up right corner. The link on the tool bar above is still missing. On the main rennlist site the menu selections are still missing. I have have noticed this problem before. Strange. I disabled Nortons Internet security to see if it changed anything. Nothing. Oh well I have work around and that is all I am really concerned with.
Maybe you guys should have popped for the Rennlist premium membership package with all the extra channels.
Seriously, FWIW, I use Norton AV 2002, a router + a software firewall & have all the links visible. I recall a past problem voiced by some regarding an inability to see the "search" link at the top of the page. Related?
I think Dan just gave you reason to charge him the $50 annual renewal rate.
No, wait, I take it back. Dan controls my avatar. Hell, I'd pay his membership fee, just so I wouldn't have to go through that avatar embarassment again.
I would - but Dan is General Counsel for "HWFM" - so I thought it would be much more financially lucrative to charge him "per word posted to Rennlist"..?!!! Don’t you agree???
