Boris, You have something I want...A close proximity to my favorite restaurant..."Crustacean" down California near Polk towards Chinatown. Owned by Ken and Monique Ahn. Awesome food and awesome folks! Garlic roasted Dungeoness crab and Tiger Prawns with some Garlic Noodles....hmmm Love that place! Tides at Bodega Bay.mmmm! La Travina in St Helena is great again! mmmm Hess Collection up Mt Veeder amazing contemporary art collection and great wines! I am sure we can work something out! LOL

boy have i got a deal for you. i have a place 4 blocks from Crustacean in *** hill. imagine you can store you 993TT in a garage - come drive it any time you want. and just don't mind the 3kmiles i'll put on it every year. (Do i have a bite?).
Aren't you in Austin? That's a nice place as well. I always wanted to be a cowboy. but of course what makes us all poor here in CA is the outrageous cost of real estate.
