Default RS Motor Mounts

Hi guys!

I am wanting to purchase RS Motor Mounts for my husband for christmas. I've ordered parts from Vertex before, but I haven't called them yet to inquire. Where would be the best place to get them?

Thanks, Stephanie

From Robin's DIY:
964.375.043.80 Engine Mounts (qty 2)
901.305.311.00 Seat (qty 4)
900.082.030.02 Bolt (qty 2)
999.025.074.02 Washer (qty 4)
999.025.134.02 Washer (qty 4)

Optional:
900.074.134.02 Bolt (qty 4)
999.084.215.09 Locking Nut (qty 2)

Pretty much call any Porsche dealer and get a 20% discount - should be around $280 - or call Gert

If you really want to impress your husband, call Porsche Motorsport and get him the cup car solid mounts - a little more money, but a lot better response, IMHO. Better do it fast cause Santa takes awhile to sort this stuff at PM!!

Sorry Kim don't mean to contradict you, but I just purchased a set of RS mounts a month ago (not through my business) and had no trouble getting a hold of them.

Let's not forget, there are a total of three (3) RS mounts, two motor mounts and one (1) tranny mount. I installed all three, installing the motor mounts first.

Martin,

Do you have P/N's for the tranny mounts?

I don't know why it gets said that you should not run cupcar mounts on street cars - for me it makes the car feel more solid - kind of like my old SC with a tuned suspension. I have had the RS mounts and in fact still do on my cab and cannot tell much difference between those and the stock mounts, FWIW.
