Thanks for all your feedback. I connected with the dealer, and yes, you guys are right.... He said the car is a demo car with 88miles on it right now. They are listed as a demo so they can get a credit from Porsche. It has 44 months of warranty left. What do you guys think?
The price will never be better. 2027 prices will increase and possibly by the time you get your car a second price increase. 38 miles is nothing on the car, great color....enjoy it now, not 6/7 months from now at a higher price.......good deal.
This is the other one I found with an Aero Kit. This is Carrera S, with 500 miles, CPO. Asking $185k. Pretty good options. What do you guys think? The dealer also said he has an allocation for Carrera S, but no Aero Kit is available.

Flip of the coin really, colour is personal choice.
4S vs S
First one you selected has glass sunroof, second does not.
First has HD LED headlights in black, second has regular HD LED headlights ( I can't really see a difference based on the config pics)
I prefer the wheels on the second.
First has chalk stitching, second is does not
First has nicer clock to the second one
Guess it boils down to awd vs rwd, colour and sunroof / no sunroof. I'd go with the first and change the wheels afterwards but ultimately very similar.
If you believe in breaking a car in, I would think twice about getting a demo with 88 miles. The salesman might have forgotten to say "easy on the gas, it is brand new..."
The first hundred miles are the most important break in miles for the engine and the brakes.
However if you don't buy this conservative break in philosophy, then go for it.

I prefer C2S over C4S because of the driving dynamics but this one has the RAS option which I didn't like at all. But some people like it and some don't...personal preference.

I don’t like either option. But I’m not buying the car. The important question is what do you think? If neither one are exactly what you’re looking for, then you won’t be happy with the car in the long run.
Note that several members here have purchased a car without the aero kit and then added it after purchase. A little more expensive, but an easy mod. Do a search and you’ll find several threads about it.

I want to add to this so OP can make the most informed decision as possible. I looked into doing this exact thing a couple of months ago and while it is relatively easy to do from a labor standpoint, it's about $8K all in if relying on a decent body shop to do the paint and installation of the rear wing. The parts alone are about $6K now but even if one is okay with that, the rear decklid portion for the 992.2 is not available for separate purchase yet. At least it was not earlier this year.
Found a 2025 Manual CPO, but man, he's asking 10k over MSRP. The car has a full PPF, but still, 10k seems a lot over MSRP. Thoughts? The window sticker is attached.

Since you asked, here is my advice; wait for the MY2027 configurator, accept the cost increase and order exactly what you want. We are all different, but I’d drive a Corolla before I’d pay any dealer a $10,000 markup over SRP.
