Default OEM .1 wheels on .2

I'm looking to get OEM 992.1 wheels and put them on my 992.2 Carrera S (with RAS). I see that the fronts are exactly the same, while the only difference in rears is the offset. My current .2 ones are 11.5 x 21 ET 79, while the .1 are 11.5J x 21 ET 67.

Will they fit, as in clear the brakes and not scrape?

How will it affect handling, safety and performance?

Why did they even change the rears for .2?

Yes they will. Essentially it's like putting on a 12mm spacer on your .2 wheels. I have a set of .1 wheels that I've put on my .2 Carrera T. The TPMS are different though. So if you buy a set of wheels with .1 sensors, they might not work.
