I've been using the SC-10 trickly charger since they were released and while I'm happy with the charging ability, the build quality seems to be subpar. A few months ago the cap to the battery pigtail broke and now the rubber cover over the electric cord has dismantled, shorting the unit when I try to use it. I only use the unit in my heated garage, keep it on a shelf off the ground so that the wires don't get snagged and it's probably been plugged/unplugged 20 times or so in the past year.
I sent messages to the company but they stopped responding.
Trying to get feedback from others since I liked the charger and I want to see if this was a one off before I purchase a replacement.
Mine has been working great. I’ll keep an eye on the cables and report back. That’s odd after 20 uses that it fell apart. Maybe warranty can replace it?
Mine is working fine although I'd agree the plastic caps tend to break off the cables if pulled too hard. I don't see that as a fault with the charger.
I assume if the company stopped responding, by replacement, you mean something other than another Antigravity?
Yes I'm looking to purchase a new tender and I wanted to gather feedback to see if this is an issue many have, or if it may have been a one off because I purchased right when they started producing these. These have a
I messaged them in March about the cap and they responded once then stopped. The power issue is new and I sent that message on Sunday, but I haven't heard back yet.

My SC-10 cap tether recently broke as well, at about 6 months of regular use.
