Well, in the CTE thread @REVS11 posted weights for his CTE CCB’s. It’s a 14 lb. reduction for each front rotor and he still has to weigh his OEM rear GTS rotor, but the reduction for each rear rotor should be similar. So weren’t looking at an estimated 50-ish lb. overall weight reduction by going with carbon discs.
ST rotors give you a larger weight saving but it comes at a huge premium.
ST 14.2 vs CTE 18.6 lbs front (used stock 408mm 32.5)
ST 400mm 14.3 vs CTE 390mm 16.4 lbs rear (used stock 380mm 23.7-24.7)
So with ST rotors you remove 36.6 + 20.8 = 57.4 lbs. (weights checked with bathroom scale on flat steel workbench)
CTE uses higher density materials both in the rotor and the hat, Stopflex also mentions using higher density carbon than ST.

That’s great info. The ST’s are double the price of the CTE’s, so that’s definitely a factor.
Worth mentioning that for the S guys with 350mm brakes, instead of going the CCB route I simply had caliper brackets fabbed to be able to run 380mm 911 GT3 CUP rotors from Paragon (72 vanes). The fronts are the exact same weight as the oem, and the rear are just 3lbs heavier. Very good brake upgrade for almost net zero weight gain on steels discs, and significantly cheaper than CCBs.

BRE Inconel 3" Turbo Back exhaust (lightest valved exhaust option on the market): -33.8lbs
That’s… a lot of savings. I’d love to see some details. I’ve heard great stuff on BRE so not throwing shade on them at all, but for comparison, the Kline 70 mm Inconel valved cat back for 992.1 Carrera/T/S/GTS (not saying lightest or best) is 15 lb vs OEM 27.5 lb and the Kline 200 cel inconel cats are 10.5 lb vs OEM at 15 lb which gives a full Kline system a 17 lb weight savings. Twice that reduction is hard to get my mind around having seen and held these, unless you are not valved and not running cats? Curious, I love some good weight savings. I don’t have 17 lbs to lose on my body unless it’s a limb I prefer to keep.

Agree. I am pretty sure that weight savings figure includes sport cats or catless which is why I asked above.

Key word is turbo back.
From the turbos back.
So it includes the downpipes / link pipes.
The BRE Valved center section weighs 12.3lbs
The downpipes weigh 3.4lbs each (no cats).
And these are the custom 3" weights, the standard 2.75" sizing might be even less.
Also, I happened to get my hands on a Meisterschaft Valved Catback exhaust in Titanium.
For fun I weighed it, and it came in at 14.4lbs, so excellent value for money exhaust system in my opinion considering the weight savings, tone, and pricing. It's the standard 2.75" size so will bolt to factory or aftermarket downpipes easily.
Will be listing it for sale soon if anyone is interested in the classifieds section. PM if you want to frontrun that.
