Default What end user tool for DME report?

I'm in the market for a 992.1 GT3 Touring and I've had a few interested parties. 100% of the time they don't have a DME over-rev report done. I figured the best approach since most aren't willing to go to a Porsche dealership and pay to get it done is simply acquire a device that I can test it myself when reviewing the car.

I don't need the most powerful and indestructible device on the planet. It will rarely be used. What would you suggest that can get all of the readings from 992.1 cars? Ideally sold by Amazon

Get PIWIS from @rnlst_log , probably $1k for hardware, dongle and software. If you do your own oil changes you can use it to reset the service indicator and it will pay for itself in no time....
