Dashcam prep: ditch it. Just buy a dashcam from Amazon. Much better than oem.
power steering plus: ditch it unless you have weak arms. Doesn’t make too much difference with or without.
spider wheels: very clever. Best to avoid center locks unless it’s your only choice.
otherwise your build is perfect, great taste, enjoy!

coming from a 24 targa gts owner(but sold).
I have a 24 Targa now in manual. I thought the mount is generic and it's the wire. if not going to get rid of it. I think I am going to add red seatbelts. The Center locks I have now kinda board of them. I always liked the Spyders and i like that they're gray.

Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) -- $4,450 (the Targa is the one model that needs this due to its high center of gravity due to the roof mechanism)
Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) with Calipers in High Gloss Black -- $10,680 (I know people like showing the yellow)
Personalized Vehicle Keys Painted incl. One Key Pouch (Gentian Blue, Black Leather case w/ Chalk Stitching -- $510
I have a July Targa 4 GTS build as well (mine is Vanadium Grey Metallic with Bordeaux Red interior, with PDCC).

The pros of ceramics:
- Overall better breaking power (the steels are very performant already)
- Reduce unsprung mass
- No brake dust
The cons of ceramics:
- Expensive option
- Very expensive to replace
Ceramics make sense if you want better breaking power and don't mind the $$$ to replace or switch for the track. They make a lot of sense on GT cars or on Turbo S (standard).
They also make sense if brake dust annoy you enough to pay $$$ as an option.
A few of us are pointing out you don't need it and that's just because many deep ceramics to be overkill on a Carrera / Targa. The regular steel brakes are already excellent.
I have ceramics on my GT3 and GT4RS and had steels on my previous Carrera S.
