Has anyone serviced their Porsche at Auto Engineering in Lexington, MA?

I have a 992 Carrera S and am looking for an independent shop for my 4 year service interval.
Thanks in advance for any insights!

No Porsche experience, but ex father in-law had his Merc's serviced there and liked them. They have been around for a LONG time.

Further north is Kachel Motor Company, a big Porsche Indy shop. Good comments from friends on their work.

European Performance in Natick has serviced my diesel Cayenne and will do second year for my 992.

I've used them for my 2010 S4. They are good. I'm using European Performance Engineering in Natick (today) for the first time for plugs and brake fluid flush later today.

Had my GTS serviced there, tire balance & an inspection to go over the whole car, I bought my GTS out of state & with 1800 miles, was new to Porsche & let’s just say they tried to take advantage of my goodwill & lack of Porsche knowledge of my 992, I’m not your typical Porsche owner so they thought they saw dollar signs & I told them to f*** off!!! Took the vehicle to Porsche Nashua straight forward, honest, very helpful & the details that were relayed to me in writing from Auto Engineering were false!!! So good luck my friend!!!

I’m just under 20k at 4 years so I just had EPE do plugs and brake fluid flush. They were great to work with. Highly recommended. Price seemed very fair.

My initial encounter with them was good so I thought, in my head, it would be great to have a back up place to take car if needed, but the end results along with a check engine light the following morning as with a false write up for services needed handed to me we’re definitely not a positive experience hence me taking the car Porsche Nashua where the car was completely inspected & given a complete clean bill of health which led to an inevitable call with Jerry which was unpleasant for them for the situation.
Clearly we will all have different experiences & it is what it is, this just happened to be my experience

My experience with local options around Boston is what got me started doing everything myself.

If the engine doesn’t have to come out then I am doing it. The labor costs are usually more than the cost of buying the tools needed.

If the engine has to come out I’ll probably install a lift and then do it.

I am also unofficially fired as a customer from one place so maybe it’s me.
