I have used the Rho plate on two cars now, and I have been very pleased. Once it is installed it is very stable, and the long arm allows for flexible positioning options.
I ran my 911s in Massachusetts without a front plate and without a ticket for 25 years. I used a Sto N Sho bracket to display a plate on the front once a year for inspection.
