If I remember correctly (When I had a 991.1 Targa top redone - due to damage) - this was several years ago it was around 2K.
I am guessing today with Labor, the fabric (which is easy to get), etc. You would be talking around 3K (all in with Labor and materials.)
I think someone recently had to do a Cab top replacement (I think it was in the 991.2 thread) and it was around 2-3K - so probably similar... if not a little cheaper for the targa due to less fabric.

that sounds wayyyyy too cheap. i honestly have no idea but would be very surprised if it was under $10k at the dealer for parts and labor
Do read up on the Targa roofs over the past generation 2015 to present, they do act up. I would not chance getting fabric replaced and then having issues with the roof giving you fits, especially if you are under the factory warranty. If you replace the fabric, and your roof mechanism acts up in some manner, Porsche will gleefully deny the repair claim. Just be aware of that.
