My wife seldom drives the car, but I've set her up as a secondary driver, the car recognizes her (welcome XXX) and programs the seat and mirrors appropriately, but then asks for a user name and passcode. I've gone through the manual, the My Porsche app (you can add, but not manage a secondary user), etc trying to figure out what's missing. She can continue as a guest, but will often fail to load PCM features, etc. What am I overlooking to give her full access?

 

I do not have secondary user setup for my 911 so I can only guess (please ignore if this does not apply or is not helpful). Did you create a second Porsche ID for your wife? If yes, that may be the problem because the car cannot switch between Porsche IDs without authorization (password). Instead, try to link (and activate) the same Porsche ID but with two "driver profiles" in the PCM.
