Vanadium is stunning in person. I was in my dealer the other day (wound up with a CPO GT silver car) and they had a vanadium cab. It was beautiful - it had a bespoke camel/brown interior that looked surprisingly perfect.
Had I ordered new, I would have gone with ice grey metallic (the love child of GT silver and chalk) but you can't go wrong with vanadium. My other P car is agate. Still happy with that also.
Vanadium is very nice as is GT. Both would have been high on my list of choices if I hadn't already promised myself to go with something other than silver or gray.
Cloudy Cloudy Sunny Sunny Sunny
So Im pretty sure I am going to get the chance to order 992.2 GT3. Vanadium is at the top of my list for the color. So I was on a little mission yesterday to see this in person. Of course when I went Sunday morning it was very cloudy. Went again today and got some pics in the sun. Also a new 911 showed up right next to the 718. Both Vanadium. I was hesitant after seeing it yesterday in the cloudy conditions but once I saw it today Im sold. Onto the pictures & short vid.
I have a C4 GTS on order in vanadium grey (due late December). I have yet to see a GTS but I have seen several 992.2 Carreras. The colour is fantastic - it can look very different depending on the ambient light.
