After renting 992s on holiday a few times I'm ready to pull the trigger and buy my own.
The issue I have is I'm not sure if it will scrape when going down my building's underground parking ramp. Attaching a video of it.
Cars that do scrape do it once the front wheels are going down but the back wheels are behind the "hump" so the scrape happens around the middle of the car.
An A class which is fairly low for a hatchback doesn't scrape with 2 people, but scrapes hard with 4 people + luggage. It seems the 992 has around 30cm shorter wheelbase than the A hatchback.
My Porsche SA says a car with FAL won't scrape but they don't have one that I could test drive.
Would really like to avoid a situation where a $200k car scrapes in&out daily
No one could tell you for sure without trying it. I have a 9924S Cab with FAL. It APPEARS to me with the car lifted (and moving slowly) that you would not scrape but who knows.

FAL one option I wish I had specc’d on my T. I just ordered my 4th front spoiler lip in 18 mos.
What's the length of the ramp? It seems reasonably long and considering ramp regulations here, you should be fine. I have a steeper ramp and my McLaren is just fine. In the raised position it has about the same ground clearance as a 911 in the normal position. If in doubt get a car with FAL. That should be good for pretty much any ramp.
Do a quick level measurement of the ramp with your phone (iPhone: Measure app) and report back the number -- try sampling a few areas to get an average. Made this a while back for a 992.1 GTS which should relatively work with most 992 models.
If I recall correctly, my phone recorded around 11-12 degrees incline/decline. My 992.1 GTS with FAL activated, it wasn't quite enough but going at an diagonal worked out.

just measured and it seems i'm between 9 and 11 degrees, most places are at 11 but it levels off towards the bottom. i'm most concerned about the top part.
You should be fine especially if you're considering a Carrera (even without FAL). For context, my 992.1 GTS negotiates this every day. This requires FAL activated and while entering/exiting at an angle to clear.
its the bottom of that ramp I would be worry about, not the top. When you drive in with nose down at the bottom is where it may scrape...not sure from the video if you also have to make a turn at the bottom?
