Default Music Door Rattle

Guys I am getting frustrated and desperate. I have a '20 C2S and I LOVE this car. This is all the car that I will need and I will make small tasteful modifications to customize it to my liking. With that being said I am having one issue that BOTHERS the F out of me. On my drivers side I have been hearing door rattling when I play music and I thought I had a busted speaker. I took it to the dealership and they replaced the speaker. Before I left the parking lot I turned my music on and the rattling was there again. The dealer even when as far as ordering a whole new door panel from Germany and the rattling was still there. If I want to listen to music I have to have my bass and treble to damn near zero to not hear that annoying rattle. I personally think it has something to do with the door latch but I am not sure. Please help and share your solution if have experienced this and resolved it.

Remove the door card & turn on the radio. Maybe it’s a threaded insert or bracket that’s vibrating that will be easier to locate.

Does anything rattle when you drive on a bumpy road?

I have found that almost ANYTHING hard such as coins, sunglasses, chewing gum, hand sanitiser (you get the drift) stored in the door compartments rattles when playing music or listening to the radio. I think it's just a design flaw ... of course, if you've got nothing in those compartments, then you have a different issue to mine!

Go to Lowe’s and buy some adhesive backed foam padding. Remove the door card and tape it along the door frame, around the speaker grille area, etc. That should alleviate the issue.

I have the same issue, perhaps not as bad, and I just reduced the bass and it cleared up. It had only appeared on a very few songs.

I have to do the same but we should not have to do that.
