Completely personal preference IMO. I do not like Gentian blue, and would spec Arctic grey over that all day, every day. When it comes to P colors, I think there is no wrong answer, just the answer that you gravitate towards more. If you're going for a darker build, or with a lot of gloss black, I'd lean towards Arctic. If you are split evenly between the two, maybe look at what you want to spec on the interior, and try to be complimentary to that.
Both nice colors. In bright sun I think it's stunning but I don't like it in any other lighting condition. It takes on a purple hue that is not to my personal taste. You would be wise to see the colors in varied lighting conditions before locking in. Artic Gray has significant blue undertones in some light--something I personally like but others may not.
Best advice I got: Go see both in person! I was on the fence until I saw Gentian in person in a few different lighting situations and fell in love. If you are lucky, a dealer near you may have a vehicle in both colors. You likely were already expecting someone to give this advice, but its really true.
An additional consideration is how your interior color choice would contrast with your choice of exterior color- which color combo is best in the artic grey vs gentian blue choice.
