I have the stealth ppf that I installed myself. Here is the place where I ordered my pre cut kit from:

I installed leather from Exclusive Option to match the graphite blue interior. Pretty pleased overall, but it was pricy. A leather overlay option is always a good choice. I can also help walk you through the install since it involves complete removal of the piano black pieces, not sticking an overlay on top like the carbon options.
thx in advance.

No, but there were no instructions so I followed a youtube video. Removing the trim surrounding the cupholder was the most difficult part, I was afraid I would damage the plastic clips. But I did eventually manage with consistent, even pressure, though more force than I was expecting. Also, the U shaped piece with the seat heating controls is impossible to order just the piano black faceplate, so EO sends you the entire control unit (fit for your car, so mine had heated+cooling buttons) with the U shaped faceplate attached. Just remove the faceplate from that control unit and replace the faceplate on your console. No need to fiddle and remove the seat control unit from the car.

Hopefully I don't get flamed for saying this but Ebay has tons of great options. I would search "matte carbon fiber center console 992" on Ebay. Prices range from $90-$150. They fit perfectly, are super easy to install (literally just peel off the double sided tape and stick on), and are even removable. I pre-ordered them for my 992.2 that's waiting to be released after being super happy with them for my 992.1
It is funny how Porsche didn't really address the feedback that was given about the 992.1 with the 992.2.

wow, thank you so much for your efforts and proving my decision to mod this in learher. Carbon could be an option, too but having this done with original leather (that I have in stock) would look better with the mixture of lesther and racetex for my future GTS.
