I had the same predicament for 992.2 order.
My favorite interior color was Bordeaux and my favorite exterior was Shade Green. However, I couldn’t see these together as best combination so I had to decide this way: I’ve had few Porsche with Bordeaux interior but never a Porsche with green exterior.
So I picked green exterior and went with what seemed complement it most ie black/cognac interior. Here I had another compromise to make because I’m not a fan of black interior. However Porsche has done a great job of adding three lines of decorative stitch (usually only 2 lines) exclusively for this interior so I think this being so special outweighs other factors, overall.
Finally, in order to not miss the “red = sport” factor completely, I added red dials and seat belts.
This is my experience/opinion but go with what you like personally.

Yuk. Your car, but you asked and the first word I responded with is what I said aloud when I read the thread title.

why does Porsche even offer such ugly colors. I get the PTS and EM purpose but can’t they reduce the amount to just colors a bunch of people would buy. No one would buy that used, even for a discount (yuck). This ain’t pimp my ride homie

id say ditch the black wheels and red calipers, go for a more classy wheel and the cognac interior. that way you get both a classy and sporty look.
if you dont want to change anything on the exterior, i think your best choice for a full sporty look would be full black leather with red stitching and red seatbelts which will also go well with the red brake calipers.
from the real pictures ive seen of the bordo leather, it looks more like a childish red than a gentleman red. it may also be too much of a mismatch with the red calipers.
