That ship docked Emden on the 24th at 03:44. I wonder how long it takes to load it. Can't be more than 24 hours.

 

You were notified already? The boat hasn't left the port yet. I had seen further up the thread that it takes a couple of days for the app to update.

Yes, updated via email and the app. It appears the boat docked yesterday 3/24 per my MarineTraffic app and it is heading for Halifax (as first stop I assume). From what I’ve read, loading can be anywhere between 6-24 hours depending upon how many cars being loaded.

 

My build was slated for the 30th (Milestone 4) but got a notification it started today (the 25th). Off to a good start!

 

A month and counting now waiting at Emden for transport to Davisville. Maybe I'll fly over to visit the car.

Did you contact your SA to confirm you are not aboard the Lake Victoria? Hoping you are not relying exclusively on the TYD app.

 

My Targa made it on the Lake Victoria enroute to Baltimore! App updated on 3/24.

 

Billy (and any others) was your original build schedule always the same date? My SA told me when ordering our build date was mid march/delivery mid - late may.
Since ordering, the app has shown "now the work can begin" as May 5, and not leaving the port until end of May.

 

My anticipated delivery date moved to the right about 6 weeks from the time the order locked until now.

 

mine has said the work can begin 3/31 from the start and hasn’t moved. I’ve heard of you change your spec with something drastic right before it locks that it can delay your build schedule. Did you do that?

 

Ah ok thanks, that could be it. We went in "just to look" in Feb. and my SA said I have a March build that locks in a few days if you want it. So we did a fresh build for that. Last week he said their system still shows March, hoping the app is wrong but I guess I'll just have to wait to see!

 

I ordered mine in December and it was to lock mid Feb. May June build.
