Drive Mode Stuck on Individual in Dash
Has anyone experienced this before, and what was the resolution?
The right hand dash display panel on my two month old 2024 C4S with the Sport Chrono package is stuck on the "Individual" drive mode.
The dial on the steering wheel does change the actual drive mode, and I can see the changes reflected in the PCM display.
Regardless of the actual drive mode selected, the digital display in the dash does not rotate away from "Individual". Another symptom is that the map view indicates "map is not available" (or something to that effect). The Tire Pressures are also not available.
Otherwise, the display functions normally, and other information is shown and changes as expected.
When I started the car this morning, "Individual" was preselected (which is the last mode I had used about four days ago when I last drove the car). As you know, the display should always default to "Normal" whenever you start the car.
I tried stopping and restarting the car, but that did not help.
Any ideas?

If you have access to PIWIS there's a very strong chance there are stored codes or the controllers aren't fully talking. Often clearing the faults will resolve.

I do not have PIWIS.
I am going to try to reset the PCM to factory settings, and see if that helps.
I have a sneaking suspicion this is a side effect of the embargoed chip that had to be replaced prior to delivery. (But may be I am being too cynical).
