I'm looking for something that I can use to film my track days that is hard mounted so it'll pass the club's mandates while running HPDE's. Anyone got a recommendation and Thank you all in advance.

Is using 3M double sided tape considered hard mounting in US? I've been able to get by using those in Australia, but also had to use a tether connected from the camera to the rear view mirror, which was a simple cable with small clips at the end, looped around the frame mounting points on the Gopro.
