Do you have any specs on this? I am not doubting you but I have not seen any technical specs or analysis on this. I know that wireless carplay also uses wifi but what I cannot explain is that it also works with wifi switched off on my phone i.e only with bluetooth.

I do not care so much about high resolution but I care about cd/loseless i.e tidal hifi and so on.

Correction it establishes a connection with Bluetooth and then uses WiFi to transmit. Wireless capability is CD quality. I’m no audiophile but in a car environment that’s probably as good as you’re going to hear anyway.

I turn the stereo off when I'm driving hard but love to exercise my stereo when I'm cruising. Lately I've been into driving to:

The Gaslight Anthem - History Books
James Taylor - Live
Silversun Pickups playlist
Dustin Kensrue - Desert Dreaming

Ben Howard is such an amazing artist. I had to look him up after hearing Black Flies during the credits of Rich Hill (great documentary about three teenage boys growing up in rural Missouri).

There is a bluetooth capability called aptx lossless (qualcomm), that, as it's name applies, can do lossless, but I doubt it's in our cars' BT chipsets. Just throwing this out there as an extra tidbit of info.

Personally, I prefer more electronic music when driving spiritedly. Of course, when I really get going the music is turned off, but when it's on, then more upbeat electronic. Rock just doesn't do it with sound frequencies it hits. And I listen to all types of music.

I agree I loved listening to electronic music when driving. Here is one of my current favs.
