I did not order surround view on my first 992 and I am forging it on my second order. I do not daily drive my 911s and I also greatly prefer to have the least about of nannies as possible on my sports cars. This includes LCA as well.

I wouldn’t call surround view a ‘nanny’. It doesn’t interfere at all with the cars’ operations.

SVs purpose is to keep one from making a mistake. That is a nanny in my opinion.

Extremely useful when I pull the car up on the 4 post lift. Using the side cameras, I don't have to get out of the car and check if I'm centered.

Fuel injection is such a nanny system for the purists that don't know how to use the choke correctly. That's it's sole purpose.

God forbid anyone have an opposite opinion about anything. lol That is okay, keep attempting to convince yourself that the $1430 blown on subpar cameras was worth it.
