Just me speculating but I think Ct is like California- there is a lot of “play” money in Ct.

When you get down to Greenwich and Fairfield the “Gold Coast” there is so much money that supply and demand economics take a back seat.

And now the Dow has closed above 40,000 there will be champagne corks popping this weekend.

Yes Greenwich is all hedge fund money - but many of them are moving to Florida also.
