Hair dryer on top of a damp wash cloth - no guarantee it works, but its safe. Its the same way you iron delicate shirts at home - iron on top of a damp handkerchief, prevents scorching while allowing moist heat to be delivered to the surface.

I would try steam gun , maybe you have access to a clothing steamer , I would not try a heat gun.

no water on leather, no steam, no heat gun. I have posted this so many times I said I was not going to jump in on this thread….but jeez guys, where do you come up with this advice? You want to ruin your leather than get after it with water/steam/high heat and you shall.

those are natural markings in the hide, leave it be.

Is that the club leather in truffle brown? If so, you have good taste. That's not unusual; I would do nothing. You will only get more wrinkles over time and use.

Steam works for me to clean and reduce wrinkles. dont get too hot or close
