Absolutely - easy fix. I welded mine up - had a much deeper gouge. A proper repair will weld these up, contour, and then repaint. There are plenty of high quality shops that do these repairs. Here is my repair . . .

Find yourself a good local wheel repair shop/person. It will change your life. It's amazing what the right shop can do.
This is the guy that I have used in southeastern Pennsylvania (Philly burbs) for almost a decade. Great dude and a Porsche enthusiast himself.

Absolutely repairable. Any local tire shop or dealer can give you a referral.
Don't know about it being cheap though as the repairer will need to paint match three different colors. But still cheaper than a new wheel that would have to be special ordered.
