California --- and legal tint is 70%, and it better not to have one, to begin with; it can be boiling here for lisence plates; I do not want to drill the front bumper since the front plate looks ugly --- BTW I never placed a front plate in any of cars for almost 30 years driving, and I was pulled only once for that --- Now its 3 times in last week alone

You could get the Carbonio plate mount or even a stow and go plate mount. Is it the same police jurisdiction every time pulling you over? If so, you are a marked person now, they know they can get you every single time you leave your garage. It's California, real crimes like robbery and shoplifting have essentially been legalized, so they have plenty of time to focus on people with tint and no front plate. NY is the same way - in the town I live in, CVS is locking up every shelf in the store, people are dismembering bodies and walking off without bail - but every corner I drive past there is a stakeout waiting for people to not come to a full stop at the stop sign.

It is nice, but I think that is worse than having no plate at all - because if it isn't the official state plate, they can probably charge you with something like counterfeiting or forgery of a state issued licensing device. Like if you were to replicate your driver's license. I will send an email to my traffic attorney.
