I’d be very leery of these rubbing through the paint on the inner portion of the fender. If they’re not actually engineered and tested for the models may cause more harm than benefits.

So much 'protection'.. I swear all this stuff represents the psyche of the nation more than the needs of our cars. PPF, double PPF, radiator guards, mudguards, ceramic. Windshield protection? Like myself (no botox, filler, or any hair to worry about) I prefer my cars to 'look their age'.... YMMV.

Noticed this while washing the car today. The other side had a little less tiny rocks.

I'm having the same issue and wonder if the mud flaps are made of the right material for the intended use. In my opinion it's too thin/flimsy/cheap, and may require additional screws to keep it straight as it travels through the elements.

I contacted Tommy directly about this same issue and he told me they are redesigning the flap with an additional hole to make it stay more flush with the wheel well. I sent him pics of mine with the rocks stuck there. He said they would send me a new set once they get it set up. That was over a month ago. Believe it or not, I am also noticing more rock hits in my PPF on the rear fender area in front of my rear wheels! I am wondering if these flaps are changing the air flow along the side of the car? I might have to move the front flaps out farther to combat this

So 3 holes instead of 2? I just got my 2 hole set delivered last week, haven't installed them. I wonder now if I should return them for the new design before I drive the holes in the fender well for 2 holes, only to see the 3 hole need different locations.

I sent another email to Tommy for an update on the ETA for the new design. I would wait to see what happens with this before you install. Maybe send an email to Tommy or to wherever you bought them from and explain the situation. If you bought them from Kies Motorsports I am sure they are aware. That’s where I got mine. I like the guards, but I don’t like all of the debris that is getting caught. This is Tommy’s email got6speed@gmail.com

How did that top screw comes loose like that, or did you back that out to clean out the debris? The only other product I see online is below, but I see no pre-drilled holes in it, it looks like you are on your own to determine how many screw attach points to use:

Maybe vhb tape in conjunction with the screws? The one on my alfa only has vhb. Mine just arrived from kies. Sucks if there's already a new version coming out that's better.

I purchased a set, took a look at them and the installation and decided to return them.

Replaced with nothing, decided to just drive the car and enjoy it. After watching the installation video, I decided I didn't like the way they attached. After seeing how much crap got caught in them (picture in this post) I'm glad I didn't install them.

I’ve had mine on for around 25k miles or so and haven’t had any issues with them.
