I have only see the Vehicle Specific Rating on the 911 and the Panamera. Porsche is slowly rolling the new tire rating system out with each new generation of vehicles.
My 991.2 Targa 4GTS uses a "N0" rated tire.

Porsche just started using the "Vehicle Specific" ratings. So prior to that, it was a simple "N0, N1, N2,...." rating.

I found buying tires at my local dealership through the Porsche app cheaper. You can send them the pdf receipt directly then ask if they do a PCA discount. Even before PCA discount this came out much cheaper than tirerack and they're used to centerlock wheels.
