I would talk to the person that installed that for suggestions before trying the heat technique. Using heat like others have suggested could damage that coating.
@Shogunade , do you mind sharing how this turned out? I recently had very similar damage done to my front bumper — two small indentations (no paint damage or real PPF damage), likely from someone backing into me — and am hopeful that it can be repaired by heat and reforming the bumper.
Hey. Sorry man. I traded the car in before getting it fixed. But I did have the guy who did the liquid wrap look at it and he said he could take care if it. Would require bumper removal and heating. GL and post your results.
