Unhappy Front Parking Sensor Replacement

2 months in and I have a front parking sensor fault every time I start the car.
It seems I've had a stone hit it and delaminate the sensor internally
My OPC want £711 to swap it out, claiming it takes 2.7 hours to remove the bumper at £250/hour.
The sensor is a more reasonable £120.
I've told them supply the sensor and I will fit it!
Any one replaced the outboard sensor in the front bumper?
Any one videoed removing the front bumper?
