Numeric shipping ghosted me

Is this normal? I ordered a numeric shifter and contacted the them, informing them of my need for a prompt delivery. Initially, they responded quickly, stating that the item was assembled and would be shipped out last week. However, it has not been shipped yet, and my subsequent attempts to contact them have been met with no response to my emails.

It took 9 days for Numeric to ship my shifter after ordering. I think they make them as they are ordered. I didn’t have to email them though so don’t know how responsive they are on questions.

Google "Numeric Rennlist customer service". This is pretty much par for the the course for them.

We're working on beefing up our Numeric inventory. We're hoping to have everything on the shelves and ready to ship in the coming weeks. We're still fulfilling orders but in a rolling backlog situation with the current throughput.

I try my best to do business with companies that actually have a phone number (and at least have somebody answering the phone part of the time, if not all of the time).
If I'm really concerned I just keep calling the number at varying times until somebody answers. I refuse to leave a VM because companies never respond to those.

Numeric is a 2 person shop. You might check their Facebook page to see if someone is in hospital or something similar. Not making excuses for them as they should still timely respond to your e mails.
