Thanks for all the help and suggestions!
Update:
I had a friend bring over a Noco GB40 and @drcollie suggestion worked. We connected the booster and nothing happened, so we pressed the exclamation mark button a few times and the battery and car came back to life. Left it to "charge" for a few more minutes before disconnecting and switching over to the CTEK trickle charger. The CTEK immediately detected the battery and went into stage 2. Fingers crossed it'll continue all the way to the last stage in which I'll disconnect and hardwire the pigtail connector (it's on alligator clamps right now) for convenience.

We have had to do this a few times here at the shop. Never a fun experience!!

I guess i am lucky that the lifepo4 battery in my car is made from a123’s cells. As long as i connect the battery to a trickle charger that puts out 13.3v, the bms will switch off uvp and you can hear the relay makes the sound.

UPDATE - My CTEK charger was giving me an error code on stage 4 as the above picture. I switched over to alligator clamps and now my battery is fully charged. Seems like my comfort access with the eyelets possibly failed and lead to my dead battery along with the combination of me installing the dashcam without driving.

2021 Cayenne GTS with lifepo4 battery not charging
Hello,
I am facing this same issue where the lifepo4 battery is showing below 1v when tested with a multimeter. I’ ve tried a booster (Noco gb40) which can start the car but I can’t get the battery to charge as others have described. I hooked up the booster and left it for a few minutes, then hooked up a ctek lithium us charger which detects the battery and gets to stage 2 but after I turn off the booster the ctek goes to error condition. Based on what I have read in this thread it looks like I need a constant current of at least 12.5v to turn off the uvp. I have a Noco genius 10 charger that has a 12v supply mode. If I hook up the genius 10 in supply mode to the positive and negative ports under the hood and hook up the ctek directly to the battery under the passenger floor, will this be safe and will this get the battery to take a charge?
