Typical Maintenance?

I don’t have a 911 but am thinking about getting one. I’ve heard that maintenance on these cars is expensive and frequent but looking at the maintenance guide, it looks even less than my modest SUV. Is the yearly maintenance sufficient or is there other maintenance I’m not factoring in here?

Frequent? No, not at all. Like every other modern car - just oil, tires, and other normal consumables. Expensive? Yes, especially so if you use the $tealership, less at a a qualified independent, and next to nothing if you do it yourself.

As said above, very reasonable if you are a DIY for basic Oil Changes, Brakes, Filters, etc....
If you are not, then join PCA as most dealer give a 15% discount on Parts & Labor for PCA members. It also depends where you are. I have heard of some insane pricing on annual maintenance from the West Coast dealers.![burnout](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/burnout.gif)

Yes! Yearly motor out ball bearing replacement is costly.
