Any ideacwhy and what to do?

 

After I disconnected my battery for a day to install some mods on the car, i had a similar error message that wouldn't go away even after I shut off the car and restarted a couple of times. I was able to clear the message by using my M Engineering tuner software to clear fault codes.

 

Things went back to normal after car was parked for about 5 hours.
