these are original from g3rs with magnetic feedback not aftermarket etc we got them separately also at discounted prices.Over 60 steering wheel
versions and still increasing,Porsche is very customisible.
Next Porsche project is steering wheel sticker UV sets with badges for all versions and after that we are starting some airbag covers made in same racetex+ uv decals on it-something special.Keep tuned on our site/instagram.

Just received the Turbonite cover from Protechparts - pretty straightforward install and looks amazing! Another great service from Protech - these guys are the go-to for steering wheels, paddles, etc., and can custom make any configuration with OEM materials. Highly recommended and great to deal with!

Thumbs up

Thanks Stratulat! This wheel was exactly what I was looking for and really lifts the interior and the matte carbon trim (not as shown) works well with the standard trim.

I watched all the videos I could find on steering wheel swaps but still hit a few snags, so some notes for others considering taking this on:
The clock spring connector is tricky and if the green tab isn't in the right position so you're sure it's released before pulling the wheel off it will definitely break (and don't overlook the wheel heat connector if you have that).
The back plastic cover is extremely well attached to the front cover. I had a small "plastic tool" and couldn't get the tabs to release if my life depended on it. The temptation here is to use a screwdriver or other tool but it WILL slip and damage the plastic so don't do it. I bought a more substantial plastic trim removal tool from Harbor Freight which gave me the leverage needed:

Proceeding as gently as possibly I still busted more than half of the 13 tabs - good thing the wheel comes with a new front cover with tabs!
I also recommend taking pictures of wire routing and placement while disassembling, since I spread my work over two days I ended up doing a lot of reassembly trial and error and pics would have helped.
The airbag plastic supports described as "the trickiest part of the job" really aren't - just note the mounting holes are off centered which allows you to rotate them to best fit the horn contact bracket. I didn't note anything critical about their alignment other than to get the bracket to fit. And yes, the screws are reverse threaded (so they don't loosen when tightening the upper horn contact plate screws).

Probably spent over 3 hours on the job in total and most of the people I know that have nice sport cars likely would have failed at some point - but us rennlisters aren't your typical Porsche owners!
Only the driver's window lost it's auto feature which you restore by double clicking all the way up and double clicking again.
