PSA - Horrific experience with Wicked Motorworks
I should have followed my better judgement and ran when I saw the horrible google reviews about Wicked Motorsports.
Wire transferred over $8000.(always be wary when a company with a low rating doesn’t take Amex or PayPal) Sent me the wrong part for my car. Stuck me with parts I can’t use. Totally omitted one part from the invoice I paid for. Offered to send me a knock off carbon fiber splitter in return.
I would NEVER do business with this company again! Under no circumstances exchange money without buyer protection.
Read the google reviews…I did prior to my deal…figured I’d give them a chance. EPIC fail!

I am surprised Wicked is still in business, they had had a bad reputation for a couple of decades.
i don’t take Am Ex in my business, as a Merchant, they are the worst. The Wicked of the credit card business
if you used any kind of credit card then you can begin a chargeback process. Make all contact with Wicked in writing and keep those exchanges to back up your chargeback. Keep them very short and to the point. Credit card chargeback people don’t want to read through a rant.

Oh man. I contacted Beau and he asked for a deposit to get a discount. My spidey senses went off and I just ended the conversation. Trust your gut. I hope you have some kind of recourse.

Sorry, missed the Wire Transfer. Ugh. Now you have two choices. 1) suck it up and move on with your life 2) Sue then in Court.
Have a friend that is an attorney by chance? If you do, have them send a demand letter to the Registered Agent of Wicked to refund or face Civil Court. There is no small business owner that likes to get that letter and it will usually get some kind of response. $ 8,000 is above Small Claims for most states - you would have to go to court in whatever state they do business in.
