Will be swapping the wheels for "brushed dark clear" HRE r101lw's. On the sunroof, I like the functionality and cabin feel of one. But don't disagree on the overall aesthetic from the exterior..

I think it looks really good! I have a very similar manual C2S AG with truffle brown build waiting in the purchase queue.
I am going for the understated exterior without the aero kit with the interior that reflects my image of classic combination of colors and finish.

 

Beautiful car, love the color combo...other than red calipers with AG paint.
Gloss black box would have been ticked on mine, but these days I would ditch the red calipers on most 992 builds.
Not on GR paint though, no point.

 

Beautiful build. I also went with the RS Spyders and then aftermarket wheels (Forgelines).

-Would not get PDCC- do not waste your $$

-Would not get fire extinguisher- PIA if you plan on having a significant other with you often

-Would kill all the Red stuff and just get the Black Calipers

-Would get the Premium package

 

AG/Truffle is a great combo, though I wish they offered it with a black dash like in the 993s to match my black top as well as be less reflective.

My only other question (other than why not black calipers) is why you would let the dealer do the PPF? If it’s any good, they probably subbed it out so you could have received a better price or the person doing the actual work would have received more of the money.

But I digress. It’s going to be great car!

I'd add Porsche crest on headrest. Lose the red bits, PDCC and Race-tex headliner.

 

Yeah PDCC is most appreciated for Targas due to their top-heavy nature.

 

Good choice in the AG/Truffle spec, I love mine. Not sure how the red interior bits will look with the brown, but its an interesting take.Some other thoughts, add the premium pack, crests on headrest and take off PDCC. Do you need the FAL? the front clearance is not bad at all in these cars. 4 way sport plus seats are excellent, I've done several 300+ mile trips in mine without any discomfort. Consider the ventilated seats option, it helps quite a bit on long trips.

I absolutely love this build and love the red accents. Truffle brown is a fantastic interior, but could use some pops of color. The red you have added will do just that.

 

All the talk of change this or that is hypothetical at this point, didn’t the OP say the car will be delivered on Nov 8? Not sure I get the ask to critique a build when modifying isn’t an option?

 

My guess is the OP is looking for opinions on his choices.

 

Who cares what others think...it's your car and you spec it how you've dreamed about.

 

It's a discussion forum my dude - it's all in good fun. I know it's the spec I want. Though as a result of this thread I did learn that the courtesy lights are only on the folding mirrors, I MIGHT have specced them if I knew.

 

Again it's a discussion forum, I like the banter and differing opinions. I know this is the spec I want - I wanted to choose it without too much purist/forum guy influence.

I'm just getting excited it's finally going to be here!
