Default Squeak From Exhaust Valve

2020 911 C2S. It has a full titanium IPE exhaust on it: headers, high flow cats, muffler. It also has a stage 2 tune from M-Engineering. When I had the exhaust installed there was no squeak. However, after the tune there is a squeak and I'm pretty sure it's from the valve being open all the way. Part of the tune was allowing the exhaust valve to be fully open when in Sport or Sport Plus. When I put the car into Normal the valve closes and the squeak goes away. Any idea how to fix this myself? I'm not mechanically inclined at all. I was wondering if there is something easy to fix this before taking it back to the shop that installed the exhaust for them to look at and fix. I imagine it's something simple like the valve needing to be lubricated but I just don't know.
